Today we’re talking about NOURISHMENT. Nourishment is more than just what you eat. It’s everything you consume: TV, books, music, podcasts, social media, even in our relationships with other people. What we consume affects us in every way, from how we feel physically, to how we perform, to our mental wellness, and everything that permeates from those things.
During busy times, nourishment often gets pushed to the back burner, which is ironic because it’s extremely important during those times. What we consume is the fuel that carries us onward. It impacts our stamina (physical and mental), and plays a part in how well we make it through to the other side.
In this episode I’m sharing my favourite nourishing things – recipes, playlists, podcasts, and books.
